Getting from point A to Qualified for a Home Loan
Every where we turn right now there is someone saying 'The real estate market it great and you should
really be buying something.' I am finding that those that can qualify for a loan and don't already own a
home are buying. With last weeks 30 year fixed rate quoted to me at 3.375% and prices reminiscent
of 2003 I can confirm that it really is a great time to buy. But the low rate and real estate prices don't
mean anything if you can not qualify for a loan.
Many of my friends and family have said they would buy a home right now if they could get a loan. For
some I have found a company and someone I can trust to help with a major part of the loan qualification
process 'credit score', sorry I don't have the make more money part figured out entirely yet. Millions of
