Whether you are buying your first home or have been in your home for years a home warranty is always a good idea. We love our house until something breaks be it a big or small item. Last year my freezer died, my water heater blew up(caused by a faulty water pressure regulator). My home warranty (Cost of $450) paid for itself and then some in 2 claims as the repair and replacement bill was $2230. A pound of prevention today may save you a lot of $$$ as well as headache.
